Ww won on the lottery last night. A whole £7.60.

That's what gave you the headache.....the stress of worrying what to do with all that money.

Riverside trail walked. Hurt my back a bit though. Entirely my own stupid fault, gawping at something on the other side of the river and caught my toe on a protruding stone. I saved myself from falling but jerked my back which went into spasm. I walked the worst of it off but it’s still a bit tender. I really don’t seem to lift my feet high enough and am probably safer walking on the roads.

At least you have good balance recovery.

Back from my walk, really enjoyed it.
Mo,.......this is just conversation. As I said, my strollator is mainly for balance. It's a good one with brakes that will lock, a basket (useful for jacket or drink etc) and a sturdy seat.
2 problems.........
1. The back left wheel is evil and if I don't concentrate it jumps out in front of my foot. I tripped 3 times today. It was only my SAS training that saved me.
2. It takes the line of least resistance so wants to weave and follow all the dips in the path.
Still, it's a bit of a life saver for me.
Ohh yes, I had a thought (about 4 months late ) and dug out my Garmin..... today's stroll was 1.4 miles @ 55 minutes.

There is a pie shop near to me, it's called To Pie For**. It is very good, everything made on the premises.
I rarely eat pies but today I am treating the family (and me of course). They also make thier own custard tarts and I have a feeling that one of those might jump into my bag.
I will have steak n ale.
Daughter will have a cheesy one.
SiL will have chicken madras.
im waiting for the other 2 to decide.
**they have a Web site if you want to look at it.

If you’ll need it long enough, and have the budget, consider a Trionic off-road stroller. We got one for MIL and it’s a serious bit of kit. Really stable and can climb kerbs and do rough ground
