Ww won on the lottery last night. A whole £7.60.![]()
Riverside trail walked. Hurt my back a bit though. Entirely my own stupid fault, gawping at something on the other side of the river and caught my toe on a protruding stone. I saved myself from falling but jerked my back which went into spasm. I walked the worst of it off but it’s still a bit tender. I really don’t seem to lift my feet high enough and am probably safer walking on the roads.
I didn't come in on the last banana boat.
Someone tried to run a PCH scam on me using a hacked account of a FB friend.
Called them out straightaway.

What's a PCH scam, and how would i recognise one?

Back from my walk, really enjoyed it.
Mo,.......this is just conversation. As I said, my strollator is mainly for balance. It's a good one with brakes that will lock, a basket (useful for jacket or drink etc) and a sturdy seat.
2 problems.........
1. The back left wheel is evil and if I don't concentrate it jumps out in front of my foot. I tripped 3 times today. It was only my SAS training that saved me.
2. It takes the line of least resistance so wants to weave and follow all the dips in the path.
Still, it's a bit of a life saver for me.
Ohh yes, I had a thought (about 4 months late) and dug out my Garmin..... today's stroll was 1.4 miles @ 55 minutes.
