I had hot smoked salmon, baked potato, tomatoes, beetroot and potato salad followed by some Greek yoghurt and pineapple.

Just watching some reruns of NCIS. I see the World Athletics Champs start tomorrow but as it’s from Japan, the timings aren’t great.

Our second Friday meet up was in Poole today. A wander down the high street to the King Charles for a couple then a short walk to the Antelope for lunch. Finished at the Brewhouse and Kitchen before seeing the Weymouth contingency off on the train home.
Popped in to Lush for some smellies for myself and hade a tongue in cheek conversation with the salesperson about not purchasing the larger more expensive size.
