Well yes - one was is more aero and the other keeps the rain out of your eyes

but you still need some people so refuse to wear a helment and some people to argue that they must

Good morning all.
A bright start to the day here, but it's going to cloud over this afternoon.
I'll be out with the dog soon and then I'll cycle around and about, I have a few errands to run and a few bits and pieces to get from the local shops.
I will watch the athletics, we have a good chance of medals in the Womens 800 metres with Keeley Hodgkinson and Georgia Hunter-Bell.🏅🏅

Hello the house.
Have I woke up on a different planet ? It's blue sky and wall to wall sunshine .
I was in bed early but slept the sleep of the righteous (apart from pee breaks).
As others have said, I will also be watching the world athletics, final day.
In other news......I am told that I am having a full English breakfast this morning. Yesterday I had a large roast chicken dinner with plenty of veg, she is trying her best to get me fat.

As a responsible, older person I would like it known I have three flat caps; two for day to day use and one for match days........unusually for a flat cap it has an embellishment.......a Rovers badge......
