On TV last week was a guy that conquered Everest in the 50s (I've forgotten his name). He's well in his 80s.
On live TV he was climbing on one of those 'climbing walls'.

Have reported a load of Fix My Street stuff in my councillors capacity. Now I can sit back and watch most of it not get fixed.

Beans and HP? Yes. Beans and cheese? Yes. Both together? I'm not so sure, I'll try it.
Even if you are not a fan of Marmite, beans on brown or sourdough toast - have to be Heinz and have to be cooked in a saucepan on stove not a microwave - then top them with grated cheddar and HP sauce is a perfect healthy, nutritious lunch. Ideal post ride snack or even a pre ride energy boost.
The Marmite thing I picked up from Simon Mayo(he of radio fame), he mentioned it on the radio and as a lover of Marmite thought that was a brilliant idea.

Nope. I have become a bit of a bean connoisseur
and I don't think they're the best any more. You pay for the name though! Aldi's own brand are decent but my favourite is Branston.Nope. I have become a bit of a bean connoisseur
Well not sure if I've tried them(possibly once or twice) so hard to judge but overall Heinz are the ones I always go for. Own brand beans can be awful though but again it's all down to individual taste and what you're used to.

Feeling rubbish
up about 900 times in the night to blow my nose which was running and blocked
and throat is not feeling right either
and generally feel carp
SWMBO is even worse
in an entirely unrelated matter
on the 36 hours coach ride back from Italy the other day
the bloke sitting behind up (we referred to then as the "Reform Voters") was coughing and sneezing all the way
and wasn;t the sort of person who saw any point in things like covering his mouth or anything like that
he was as free with his germs as he was with his voice
can;t see the 2 are connected - and I'm sure he would agree!!
