Well, that's three of you so far who don't cycle anymore so , amongst us retirees, who else have stopped cycling?
I , for one, still do and don't intend to stop in the near future.

I’m still cycling regularly but only really pottering and running errands, mainly on a Brompton these days. Can’t remember the last time I went for a proper 25 mile + ride. Most of my riding was with my son and he’s now at University.

However I’m still fixing a lot of bikes, so still involved with the cycling community but not riding so much.

Yes still cycling and walking, hopefully be skiing this winter but that's more weather dependant than anything else. I haven't been out in the kayak this year something I must put right in 2026. I have slowed down since I retired and the desire to do the more adventurous trips is definitely waning, something that does bother me.

Being a fair weather cyclist isn’t too bad!
I managed an 8 mile pedal to a local ‘micropub’ for several fine pints with a pal this yesterday afternoon….hic!
A spot of nice blues music for a bit of it too.
Night all 👍

That sounds fun. Trouble for me is I can only drink one pint and still ride a bike. The last time I had two I misjudged the speed of a car approaching from the right and turned right in front of him. I heard the gasps from cycling buddies still in the beer garden. All the way home I could see the front wheel wasn't in a straight line.
