Back from blood donoring.. 16½ mile circuit of Hamtun with 11½ miles there & 4 back home afterwards.
I ate quite a few of their biccies 😏

Afternoon folks managed to get a ride in yay! didnt go up my nemesis hill..just glowered at it as i went by "what you looking at" " you want some" it said
London! in the words of Dexters sister "i would rather put out a camp fire with my face" i would like to live as remote as possible unless of course it becomes legal to shoot the neighbours

Day 3 and final day, Walked via South Bank from St Paul’s to the London Eye

Never done it before and it was OK but didn’t blow us away, IMO the Sky Garden is better.

Then a lazy lunch in a lovely little garden centre in Little Venice, now in Paddington about to board our train home.

So a very pleasant three days, lots of walking and some fresh experiences. It’ll be nice to get home though!

Done sewing now, I have stirrups on my new tights to stop them riding up

My mother's mother came from there

I have never been there and can't see any reason to do so!
I will put up with places like London and York to be able to visit the historic places they have

but if I want a holiday I would rather go to somewhere remote - but near a pub!

Once rode through there wearing only a pair of trainers.

We are visiting old friends near York today and eating out at an Italian restaurant tonight. Going back to Wales tomorrow.

Ok the hospital got back to me today.they have had a review of my bits not working correctly.So some medication has been prescribed,and i went down to pick it up.But this is not the story,i caught the bus lazy sid that i am.So i was thirty five mins early.I popped in to a local up market cafe.Latte £3-60 good price,not very hot though.Then i saw the selection of cakes and chocolate.cakes tiny but nearly £4 a lump.then peppermint choc bar,oh yes.I will have some of that,rings up the till,sorry i said is the choc bar £4,nearly she replied £3-95 ok can i put it back,and back it went.Hells bells fancy or what.
