did you ever go to the cafe in stony run by the folks with learning disabilities?

Nope. I did go to the one in MK near the Grand Union Canal, though..
That had friendly but interesting staff!

Thanks for that. I have bought Duracell. Original battery was Enigiser and lasted about four years, be interesting to see how long this one lasts. The good news is, at least now, I know what the problem is, and, how to change the battery. 😊

Duracell would be my first choice but I couldn't find the size I needed and so plumped for Panasonic.

Energiser are very good in my experience.

My #2 son is Downs, he's 37. He works in a cafe that supports individuals with learning difficulties. He absolutely loves his job. It's a huge part of his social and learning life. These places are very important, we should support them whenever possible.

The one in Stony was good, but sadly I think it's closed now. It was cheap, rhe grub was good, and you could see the staff were enjoying it.
