Car tyre pressures......further to previous comments.
I have one of those annoying cars that lights up for anything that it decides it doesn't like. In cold weather ALL the pressures drop by maybe 1.5 Lbs and when I switch on i get a diagram showing which tyres are slightly below what IT wants.
Back in the day you could just give them a kick to check they were OK.

Morning all, another frosty start to the day here.
@Dave7 aren't you supposed to inflate tyres to the correct pressure when they are cold, which takes in allowances for when the tyre warms up and the pressure would naturally rise.

Morning. I could have been up earlier but my bed was too cosy.

Just a smidgin above freezing and dry so I’ll get out soon. Tomorrow morning is to be really cold but then temperatures are to ease and the wet stuff will return.

I watched Shetland last night. Quite enjoyed it, but I don’t think it’s as good as it used to be.

Good morning. Chilly start with beautiful sunshine forecast. It seems warmer this morning than yesterday evening.

Tyre pressures. Not wanting to feel left out I'd like everyone to know both warning lights for my front tyres illuminated on Tuesday morning. I stopped at a garage, checked the pressure, 28psi, and inflated to 32psi. That cost £1...........this thread gets more exciting by the day 😂😂😂

Mainly u3a stuff today. This morning, wearing my IT hat**, I'm running a short workshop for the committee on how to use shared drives, specifically Google Drive. This afternoon it's the Bridge and Canasta group which is always good fun.

** IT hat is a very, very loose description. I have no IT education or background. I can though make things work!! At work and now retired people think I know what I'm doing. I just read the instructions.

Last week I showed a friend how to cast from his laptop to the clubhouse TV. Safe in the knowledge he would run into bother I turned up at his talk 20 minutes early yesterday to find him and another doing goodness knows what. Hieroglyphics all over the TV screen. I was met with, in a very disgruntled tone:

"It's not doing what you told me last week"

I offered to help. Click, click, click, bingo.........I did wait 20 seconds for the connection to be made before the "click everything in sight" mode kicked in.....a common mistake. Only the very best kit is absolutely instant.

Do you find this @ebikeerwidnes? Folk are so rushed, no patience. And as for touch screen!!! Well! 😲 Stab. Stab. Stab. Keep stabbing till something happens. There is a clue "touch" screen 🤣

My grandson has tried in multiple areas but they all have many years waiting lists.

He is already a part time fireman in Aber. Hig girlfriend how works in Rutland so he has applied to Rutland, Northamptonshire etc for a Full time position. There were 1500 applicants and he has reached the last ones.

Morning all, been rather busy here but hopefully things are starting to slow down a bit. I have relocated myself to Liverpool although I still have the other house. Life is good over here and we have a nearly full calendar of events going on. I have had the central heating put in and the house rewired even had the 95 year old toilet cistern replaced. As with most parts of the UK trying to get tradesmen is a nightmare, since when did plastering be worth £480 a day, luckily I can plaster and have done our bedroom completely and a few other walls, plenty more to do though. I will be back again soon to keep you all updated with more exciting news. Stay safe, keep smiling and if possible have fun.
