I'm cooking Moroccan chicken (chicken stew with a load of spices in it), never made it before
hope it's OK as I think there is enough for 4 meals.

I made exactly that 5 weeks ago. It is soooo nice. I put 6 portions in the freezer and sadly have just 1 left.
Enjoy.

I'm back

we sat in the Living Well Hub in Warrington for 2 hours and no-one needed us

Ah well - it got the message out there in some way

They seem to be trying to advertise the service a lot more - mostly things I suggested but no-one rememers that!

but whatever works

There is a set of direction coming from the National Office on 9th December
This is a set of directive for the Digital Champion programme
which started several months ago - quite a few months actually - and was due to "restart" on 1st Decemeber
so the directive come out on the 9th????

I have something of a feeling of dread of this!!

I also noticed that the person that I mostly work through spent most of the 2 hours that we were there waiting just sorting out things that other people had done wrong

sounds like general manglement concepts apply double in charities!

Ona different note - and noting that it is b****y freezing outside

while we were in Warrington we were sitting near the large glass shop front of the centre on the High Street

A group of young people - possible art students or somthing - were doing some Christmas Decorations on the glass

The one in my eye-line was a tyoung woman - late teens probably
and

err

err

lets just say her top was rather low cut
and the boxes that her underwear came in would have include words like "Uplift"
and she was -- err - quite large

and her skirt was not designed to keep the werer warm - in any way!!

still - her makeup would at least keep her face warm

poor kid must have been frozen!!

which makes me thing that when I was younger that would not have been my main thought about her!!!

You are presupposing that, when you arrive at the carpark, it uses the same app that you installed. Not always the case 🤬
Sad old git that I am I have nine different parking apps on my phone.
I think you missed the above bit in my post. I always advise people to keep all the main parking apps on their phone, even suggest creating a folder to keep them all in. One of the great difficulties with tech is people don't organise themselves. In days gone by going out for the day meant taking a purse/wallet, credit card, bank card, check book, checking have I got change for the car park, etc. Today, it's have I got my phone, have I got the parking app? It's the same level of preparedness, just the need to be prepared for different things.

Sort of reminds me of last Friday night. Walking through Leeds city centre after the Dylan gig. It was p****** down, cold and windy. We turned down one street where young people were spilling out of bars and pubs. There was a young girl stood in the middle of the pavement, soaked to the skin, shivering and clearly distressed. She was wearing a very skimpy white top and a white skirt that barely covered her nickers. Her mate said to her as we walked by "Stay here, I'll go and get your umbrella," walked off leaving the poor girl stood there.

Mrs P and I looked at each other.......................
