Man in VW Transporter following me. Right hand in use to pick at ear, phone held on left ear between inclined head and raised shoulder. Give him his due, once his ear was clean he held his phone properly in his hand.

Just got back from a late dog walk and jeez it's cold. Already frost on the ground and parked vehicles.

Well - air filter and solar panels connected back upto the router

seems that you need to go into the router in admin mode and disable teh 5GHz connection frequency

then I had to resatrt the air filter connection sequence while connecting from my phone
that sorted it

by the time I got round to looking at the solar panels they had sorted themselves out once the router was working only in 2.4 GHz mode

I have no clue whey having bother enabled stops them devices connecting on the lower one

AND SWMBo has had her application letter for her Old Age Pension
not taht she is in any way Old of course

anyway - all sorted out - just waiting to see how much more than me she will get!

Evening folks ive been enjoying the great clipless debate...will go for years
Might be in for a chance of spin tomorrow as temps are rising
Managed a couple of beach walks today but am getting seriously bored havent many dvds i havent watched to death so sent of for 'Shetland' 1-4 as Mo says there good.

I can barely believe that maybe 7 or 8 years ago I rode so much and often in bad weather. Now, every little excuse puts me off.

We had some rain overnight but it has cleared now. Still quite cold but not frosty.

Good morning from a soon to be damp Dorset. The hedgehog has been working throughout the night refurbishing his dwelling with fresh straw and wandering over to the feeding station to top up on Whiskas 🦔. Not a lot planned for today apart from domestic chores.

A fair chance of rain today, and a degree or two higher temperature wise. I've a few errands to run today, so I'll be out and about on the bike for a while.
There is a big game on Sky sports today, 12.30ko for those interested. Gillingham v Barnet. I don't suppose anyone other than myself is though.

I've been following the clipless debate, and yet again, as with earlier clipless debates it goes round and round in circles with no real conclusions either way. As you say, it will run and run.
