If he wants a combination lock
tell him to test it by pulling it and then moving the numbers - on the rubbish ones you can feel the one that is correct
it will be on one of the ends and can be quite easy to feel

the better ones don;t give that feeling

but it would still take longer to crack it than using bolt cutters!

Silly question but I assume a combo lock still needs a chain/cable. Surely bolt cutters can cut throught that ?

Good morning all. A welcome rain free morning is forecast. 3° out there.
I am definitely feeling better this morning, just in time for my daughter to come down with it..... SiL should be next. Guess who is getting the blame .
Supposed to be out for a pub lunch today. I will give it a couple of hours and see if I am up to it.

Alarm man coming this morning. He serviced it last week and where he updated the software hes done something to the settings i cant figure out and ADT cant suss remotely. Its not a biggie, but,I like everything just so.

I've switched my degree from international relations to environmental science. The first module is the same for each and, with my previous science education, I'm finding it very interesting.

So, I started out wanting to something totally different and ended up back with science studies, although down a different rabbit hole to msy last one.
