Ironing day today

Coooeeee. 14 deg here abd very windy and raining. Silly weather for this time of year.
Stay safe peeps![]()
Good morning. Bram seems to have been and gone. Heavy rain most of the night is now just rain. The forecast is heavy rain till 14.00 and then light rain. In short. It's raining!!!!
#3SP today. I'll finish this coffee and then set off to get her. The gasman cometh for the annual boiler service. I'm hoping he'll connect the new wireless thermostat which I have failed miserably to connect.
Mrs P has a new Chromebook. It seems good, I'm becoming convinced and also beginning to accept my 10 year old laptop needs replacing. This has createdthreefour problems:
1. Create an MS365 shared account for Mrs P ✅️
2. Transfer all the photos she has stored in Google Drive to OneDrive. This has revealed the backup to G Drive from her phone stopped in 2022. G Drive is full. I wasn't told. Google Takeout to the rescue. All photos now in OneDrive ✅️
3. Now I discover there are 4 years worth of photos and videos on her phone which have never been backed up. 58GB. This is because the auto-bacup message in 2022 was ignored - "oh, yes. I remember something about that" GRRRRR. Phone is 92% full!! Uploading to OneDrive now ✅️
4. Now comes the kicker. The G Drive photos need deleting before she can use G Drive with her Chromebook. The photos on her phone need deleting to free up space before it begins to struggle
This is the BIG ONE I'm expected to verify all the photos and videos from both sources are there. Nothing is lost. GEEZ!!! How❓️❓️❓️
I will return..........from the depths of cyberspace
Our morning walking group will probably be sticking to the local roads this morning. I will explore the trailway before set off to see if it's as muddy as I expect. From our walk we'll be heading to St Michaels in Bournemouth for our granddaughters Christmas Concert, then take her home and sort here tea out befor mum comes home, then the bus back to ours. That's basically the whole day taken up.
