Three pages of catching up and here I am. Reading about the tree mystery ( inside job I reckon ) reminded me that Mrs Tkk used to work with a Nurse named Teresa Green, her married name so can't blame her parents. Minus 3 outside with frost on the pavement, will wait a bit before venturing out and head to our little park where it will be safer underfoot. 500 metres round the periphery so a few laps to do.
Used to work with a Teresa Green, she wasn't a nurse then though. Second day at a new job and I got sent to the packing department asking if anyone knew Teresa Green. Very careful how that was worded when askin.

She and her husband later moved back to Hospital, Limerick. His family home.

Good morning. A bright, still beautifully clear day in Lancashire. Cold, I imagine. I woke about 2.00am, looked out of the window, everything was white, snow I thought but its turned out to be a very hard frost.

I've messed up today. Rovers are at home at 3.00pm. Ergo it's Saturday. Mrs P plays tennis on Saturday afternoons so if there's footie I prepare a quick tea in advance. I've just heard it's actually Sunday and Mrs P isn't playing tennis, "you know I played yesterday" was what she said. This is true!!!!

Ah well. After a strenuous effort by us both on Friday, which now turns out to have been Saturday, Christmas is back in boxes and the house is very clean. I've washed and ironed three loads............and made tea. See above.

Off to the gym in an hour buy first I need to get the Christmas boxes into the attic.

IT'S SNOWING!!!!!

on which basis if no-one hears from Dave in the next hours or so then we better send help
compared to here - he lives Up In The Mountains!!!

We seem to be very protected here and seldom get serious snow.
Strangely, maybe 15 years ago we got a freak snowfall and had the deepest in the country.
I have had 2 weather flashes within 30 minutes.
1. Expect substantial snow from 1500.
2. Expect snow to stop soon.
