& Amazon let you publish that direct?
Were there any pictures in the document? That could have been my challenge…

Yes. Did it in Word, converted it in Amazons own publisher and uploaded it. Sold a few hundred copies in 2 1/2 years.

No pictures other than the cover, although im pretty sure it can be accommodated.

Anyway. Good morning. It is glorious in Lancashire and I'm going for a ride. We're off to Crosby to visit https://www.crosbycoffee.co.uk/pages/lark-lane-coffee-house-roastery When asked how far will you cycle for a good coffee, the answer is usually around 70 miles

Now I'm a cyclist. It's a beautiful day, a perfect cycling day. But hey lets not let that get in the way of a good whinge. The clothing dilema. Bib tights? Bib shorts plus leg warmers? Just bibs? Long sleeve jersey? Short sleeve plus arm warmers? Just short sleeves? Geez, life is full of issues and I only have 30 minutes left to decide.............................will I need a gilet? If so the spring or summer one?

Catch you later

Morning.
Another lovely day on the cards.
Had really good ride yesterday but found it hard going. Nothing out of ordinary, 42miles with 3700feet so a lot of climbing but not excessive.
Nice to be out in bib shorts though.
Cut grass is plan for today and wash my car as I park by a hedge and it's gone green!

As threatened i was back in bed around 5.30 and got another 21/2 hours.
As you will know my legs have let me down big style but for some reason the last few days have seen an improvement to the point i did a, maybe, 11/2 mile walk yesterday......unaided ie i normally need he strollator for balance.
However, by coincidence I was offered a virtually new mobility scooter very cheap @ £300 so I got it delivered yesterday.
Below is my new steed !!
I will take it for a play later but 1st i will go for a stroll.

That’s a bargain! My dads looked similar and it was over £2,000 if I remember correctly.

Walk done and breakfast eaten. I don’t normally watch daytime telly but I’ve stuck the athletics on.

Just had our new wheelie bin delivered and food waste bin. I thought that our recycling bin was big but this new one is massive. Still don`t know what we are supposed to put in it other than glass, that won`t happen. More bins to clog up the pavements I feel. We have designated a place for the new bin in the back garden, out of sight. All we need to do now is camouflage it.
Off to the dentist now for a check up and clean. Hopefully a ride this afternoon, weather not like yesterday though.
