So, finally got round to filling in my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman. All online, very helpful procedure and I managed to upload the various supporting documentation. It all has to be completed in one go, there's no save and come back to it later. It also warns that it will take half an hour or more. Clicked " Submit " and it wouldn't upload, went through treble checking and all seemed ok until I finally spotted that the date I had entered in one of the boxes was " 2066 " 😮 My fault of course, but highlighting the error box would have saved me tearing my hair out.
