Coincidentally on my recent walks I have been listening to " The Rest is History " podcasts about Joan of Arc. Four, one hour episodes so they go into the subject in depth. Fascinating and educational. This morning I was listening to their discussion of Tolkein, I had read the " Lord of the Rings " books many years ago, but hadn't learned about the man and his background, nor how much his time in the trenches during the first World War influenced his writing. It's great listening to stuff like this.

Their 6-parter on The Titanic is fascinating….we all know how it ended, but they didn’t focus on that at all…the stories of the different people involved: brilliant 👍

Heading back from a long day at Wimbledon. What a smashing time (see what I did there?) 🤪

I know very little about current players, but it was fun to be on Court 2, then have a wander about the outside courts…& the museum was fab too 💪

Up at 6am, home by midnight…we need a relaxing day tomorrow 🫣
