Guess what......its 04.30 and I am up, yet again. Enjoying a coffee and plan to go for a walk about 6ish.
I received 2 letters from the NHS on Saturday and deliberately didnt open them so as not to ruin my weekend. I know one of them is to tell me I need an ultra scan as they are not happy with what is going on inside. Dont know what the other will be. I will open them today
Have a good day peeps.

Barnet,
Good morning all, a nice temperature outside at the moment, will get up to around 25⁰ by this afternoon.
By way of telly recommendations, I, Jack Wright, on BBC1 is very good. Two more episodes tonight, but it's all on the Iplayer so you can catch up.
I'll get out on the bike for a bit later on. Hot to kerp the legs ticking over.
Enjoy your day everyone :cuppa:

I might make a start on that this evening. I enjoy a good binge. I see there’s also a new series starting tonight on Channel 5 called The Crow Girl that sounds promising too.

Heading out for a wander soon.

It's good. Well worth watching. Another recommendation from me is The Tower on ITVX. It's from 2021, I missed it or I've forgotten from first time round.

Was awake at 4:00 this morning but nodded off again until 6:00 and the first coffee.

Did some watering while it's quiet and cool and then big bowl of muesli, granola, bran flakes and a banana.

Should be much cooler today so will get in the garden for some tidying and dead heading, will sort the front disc rubbing on the Stayer and get the Faran and bh's Cotic ready for a tip run tomorrow and hopefully get the bh to go on a bit further as she has done hardly any cycling this year.

Its coffee time. Mrs D nipped into work but working from home by mid morning, then off for the holiday all bar a few hours here and there on the laptop authorising payroll and the like.

A mere 8.8 celsiuses when I stepped out with the dogs, so slipped on my gillet for the first time in an age.

Tonight ill have my first stab at getting back into running.
