I have a job offer!!!!


well - to be exact, a nice lady rang me saying that she has a job on offer that she thinks I would be very interested in
and she wants me to add her number to WhatsApp

but that sounds like pretty damn close to a firm offer to me!!!!



Of course there are a few questions
like - why do I want a job (looks at thread title)
what is the job - and how does she know my experience and qualifications and all that
where is the job
how much does it pay

but I'm sure that has all been taken into account and it'll all be fine

Popped out for another couple of miles which was a mistake. It’s 24 degrees and not much breeze which is too hot for me.

PJs now on and assumed the position in front of the fan.

As I said, i was up at stupid o'clock, had my walk and did all my jobs.
I went back to bed and slept heavy for 2 hours.
Had a very light lunch and now debating what to have for tea.

Been for a ride - apparently it was 22 miles
That exact route - and there was a shortcut that knocks a few hundred yards off in Runcorn - varies from 19 to about 23 miles

I reckon it varies on the tide, as the tide comes in the weight of the water crushes the crust of the Earth is pushed down
hence the arc of the circle/sphere is shorter
