Somehow I have ended up in the café at B+Q. Almond croissant and a Mocha are being demolished, plant food, plant pot and a bundle of canes on the table in front of me. Just have to carry tham home 🤔

Do you eat croissants like the French do ie dipped in the coffee ?
Ive never tried it, i like then warm with honey on. And they aint cheap now ...the Coop charges £1.35 each.

Looks like it rained overnight and it is generally much cooler

forecast says it is raining but it isn't

might get out on the bike soon - there is a bike revival thing at the local park - should probably pop in and have a look!

Drove into town yesterday and noticed that the Pizza Hut has closed - very quickly - and changed to some chicken thing

Now I do not like pizza - they put some disgusting things on them - rotten milk of some kind I think

but SWMBO likes then sometimes

and this morning I have a special offer from them
so I checked where the nearest on is

Well - nearest is in St Helens - and next nearest in Warrington

so if she wants a pizza she will have to try another place!

I dont think the Coop do hot pizzas and suspect that is what Mrs ebiker wants.

They do cold ones and we have an oven

and the Co-op is the nearest supermarket thing

to be honest it would be quicker to nip to the Co-op and get one and bung it in the oven when I come back
that to go to St Helens!!

I have been known to, but usually with hot chocolate ( the richer creamier stuff like you have with churros, not the consistency of drinking chocolate).
Croissants in the café up the road is £3.50/ £4.50 depending on type and sit in or take away.
