I have been painting doorframe. It is a boring job but someone has to do it.

Chicken casserole today. And its raining slightly, more like heavy mist

There's a man upstairs painting. He popped his head round the door a little while ago to let me know he was heading out for lunch, and " did I want to check the colour " to which I replied " nah, Mrs Tkk chose it, I am sure it's fine " it's great having tradesmen in the house, Mrs Tkk buys posh biscuits and I get to snaffle a few and say " Crikey, he's really getting through the biscuits " 😁

MrsD got out of the car this morning, tripped and face planted the tarmac.
Had me worried for a while, but no bones broken, luckily. She's now feeling a bit sorry for herself and is bruised all over.

Ouch. That looks painful and might feel worse over the next couple of days.

I‘ve been out and pulled some weeds out. It’s brown bin day tomorrow anyway. Only did the front. The back is a mess as well but my back can only cope with about half an hour.
