Had a great snooze.
Ive been feeling a bit ropey for 3 days.....sore throat that hurts when I swallow, nagging headache and lethargic.
I need to get out for a walk of sorts and just managed a tad over 1.5 miles which I have to tell myself is 1.5 miles more than i could do some months ago.
I will pour myself a zero Guinness and watch the Chase with Bradley Walsh** followed by the news.
