More stuff to do today and a run down to the tip.
Car going in for a brake service tomorrow.

Good Day! As expected grey and chilly outside and not due to improve until Monday next. Where is Spring??? Just finished a load of emails and associated stuff, all very boring. Next is the frightening experience of reading the gas and leccy meters 🫣🫣🫣 Out riding this morning on a 60 miler, which means 70+ for me, with my regular buddies. It is truly excellent to have two good friends who are also good riders to get out with. This is as much a social thing as a bike ride, pretty sure I'd be a fair weather rider by now if it wasn't for these guys.

Speaking of birthdays, mentioned up thread, I've realised I'm 70 next year. Now that is scary. Still we have 12 months of planning Paul's 70th Birthday Celebration Ride. Yeah!

Damp out there. It was raining but not sure at the moment.
I had a good long sleep. I am now sat using the foot massager....very enjoyable.

Good morning all, yoga this morning and perhaps out to lunch. Yoga teacher was on Facebook the other day saying theme for this weeks classes is slow and stretchy, interesting!

Ours goes in for a MOT tomorrow, plus, yesterday the oil service light came on so an oil change as well. It is a date thing as the mileage for the past 12 months is only 6000. No full service this year, just the oil.
I would do it myself, but you need the plug in box to clear the indication.
