But it's OK. Now they've ditched the Herpes name we're all supposed to think they're suddenly competent.

Yup - tried and trusted business practice
get the name right and everything will be just fine - no matter how much you cut corners
as evidence I cite the wonderful Austin Allegro

I worked in a big business for many years - saw it many times - and in some of those cases it was my problem to to make their stupid cheap solution work - normally ended up costing twice a much!!

Morning all :hello:

Welcome back @Drago
I thought we'd lost you on a black op, somewhere exotic......never to be seen again. Hope all is now good.

Yesterday's adventure on the WSR was fun; boarded the train at Watchet, went up to Minehead and met our mates then travelled back to Bishops Lydeard. Popped into the Quantock Brewery taproom for a couple of swift pints, then back on the train to go home. Only got to do that three more times this year and I've got the cost of our annual travel passes back. I can see that we'll be using the train to Minehead and back quite a lot.
Yesterday's engine was the GWR 7800 class - 'Odney Manor'.

Morning all.
Today we are going to Hatfield House. There is a dog show and activity day for dogs. Millie, our Collie has done agility in the past, it will be interesting to see how much she remembers. She is also entered in the best veteran dog. She is now 11.
There are also a lot of different walks through the woods there, and a lot of the daffodils will be out.
