Late to bed last night as I was out visiting the local branch of a club of which I am a member, and I had imbibed somewhat.

Tonight I'm playing a gig for charidee so won't be about too much today.

Yet another sunny day, and as an added bonus ..... it's Fish Friday!
Walking down to the harbour at lunchtime for F&C and cider in Pebbles Tavern. Wobbling back later for a nap.

Been up since 5. Had a cuppa and a quick browse then out for a walk/jog.

I thought it was cooler when I first went out but ended up sweating on my jog. I've had a glass of salty water Seems to help.
