This is it. Its better for using In a bread machine. It comes in sachets

I presume home baked bread won't keep long without all the preservatives they stick in supermarket stuff?

Correct. The first day its lush. The second day its OK. Thats about it

Agree, I make one every 6 days, the last three days is alway toast
but what do you keep in ? I use a large lock and lock plastic container.

It doesn't last long enough to put into a container. We tend to use it all the first day. If Any is leftover I put it into an air proof container.

Jeez, it’s hot out the back now. I went out to pull some weeds. Only managed about 45 minutes as it kills my back. Thought I would sit with a cold drink when I finished, but had to come inside. Too hot for me

I’ve stuck my coverless duvet in the machine. It will dry in no time today.

Conifer tree removed from border.
Sweet pepper plants installed into grow bags.
Recycling bins brought back in.

Having a cuppa on the verandah now and just waiting for our mates to come round, to walk down to the harbour for lunch.
