Morning, been awake for ages

Still awake so got up and just had me breakfast
Good morning all.
Went to bed early. Woke up 2 hours later drenched in sweat. Changed PJs, back to sleep and had a good night.....how weird.
Drinking my coffee now (generally have just one per day).
Will put bedding in to wash, after sweating like that.
Cleaner is coming at 10.30.
Later (about 13.30) I am going for a beer with a neighbour.

Morning. Yet another cool, overcast start here but supposed to be sunny later.
I see another teenager has killed himself on an e-bike. Not much detail yet, but I suspect another illegal one no doubt. As long as people can get their hands on illegal bikes or mod them themselves this will keep happening. No doubt the family will try and blame the police again. Better not say any more as I will be getting told it should be in NACA.

Starting to get mentally in the zone for tomorrow's gig. It'll be a big one, nearly 500 guests, so a proper job. A nice easy 400 quid each, with a free meal (though probably a bit poncey cos it's a posh do) and free grog.
Sadly, I won't be imbibing. It'll be hot tomorrow night and dosing up with alcohol won't be good. On top of that I'll be driving g home at 3am so just asking to get stopped out and about at that time of night.
Finally, I suffer with lupus. I've gone a couple of years with little or no symptoms but I'm now in the middle of a flare and my arms where they're exposed to the sun are suffering. Not bad, but I don't want to be drinking alcohol while on steroid tablets as this can upset my rather sensitive tum. Fortunately I'll be bappy with a full fat coke or two on a hot night like that.

Apparently the ambulance was stationary and the police had stopped at bollards.....so hopefully little blame to throw around.

Blimey! It's Fish Friday again....that came around fast!
I've inherited a 4 camera wifi cctv system at our new house. Going to spend some time trying to figure out how it should work. I've a feeling that some important components are missing from the system.
Might stroll down to the harbour for a couple of ciders later and then sit on the station platform to watch the Deltic rumble past (it's the WSR diesel gala this weekend).
