Now at the Gard du Nord for the 5.13 train home.

Well, back from the charity ride. 50 miles, very hot, but I think the worst thing was one of my fellow riders chats a lot, and slows down when she chats, so we were out a lot longer than we needed to be.

On the upside Hadlow Road cafe (ex railway station on the wirral way) does an amazing meatball mozzarella, which is basically meatballs on sour dough toast.

And 93 miles so far this week with Sunday still to come so not a bad week

I like fish, as for the air frier the speed it cook at is great

Banging hot again.

Out in the Fells, Helm Crag ridge, 7.24 miles, 2139' ascent and 2.3 mph.

Took it nice and steady as I got v.little hiking in last year, plenty of fluid stops.

Kept a very close eye on my heart rate and I am pleased with the results
