Bit of a late one last night which was fun.

Tonight we are off to the cinema to see Take That's 'Greatest Day'.

We are not Take That fans, although they did trot out a few good songs back in the day, but the movie seems like fun so we'll give it a go.

Plot - 4 schoolgirls go to TT concert together and their lives are transformed - they reunite 25 years later and their lives have obviously changed etc.

Then back home for 10.30pm, a very late supper, music on and we'll get stuck in to tonight's shenanigans.

My wife is a Cluster Headache sufferer which are seriously nasty. They are not called suicide headaches for nothing. Similar-ish to a migraine but a migraine with attitude amped fully up.

Eased off since post menopause though and touch wood I hope they stay away.

GP's know naff all about them and you need a neurologist to diagnose properly.

Has this been on your radar?

For years I suffered from cluster headaches. Nasty things.
I swapped and changed diets** before mine 'drifted' away.
**I used to eat loads of sausage and cheese on toast.....They definitely didn't help.

Barnet,
Morning all, been awake since 6.30.
I popped down to my local station to watch the Flying Scotsman🚂 come through on it's way to Great Yarmouth. I failed miserably to get a photograph though.😡
Once a railwayman, always a railwayman.

I'm going to pop down to the station tonight to watch the return working, I'll try to get a decent photo this evening.

Nearly as bad as cold shepherds pie.

Oh, now that is truly disgusting.

We have returned home. To those who've never been I thoroughly recommend Center Parcs at Whinfell Forest for a certain type of holiday. Great for families with kids to perhaps 13/14 - I can see older teens being a nightmare. Extended families, grandparents, children, grandchildren and also in our case parents taking a less able son/daughter. Accommodation is excellent and of a standard I would happily rent anywhere, the entire park is spotless, staff all excellent. Eating out, we didn't, is standard fare at standard prices. We self-catered.

The activities are pricey and short for the cost. We limited ourselves to one per day, one swimming session and a walk. Some of the distances to walk are significant for small people and then bikes are a great asset.

Four nights was right and I wouldn't want to go if it was just Mrs P and myself. £680 for three, I felt this a fair price. Two weeks time the same lodge goes to £1100.

Quiz Night tonight so I need to unpack, washing on, start tea and make a G&T. First I'll finish my brew..........

Why is it many of your posts leave me feeling hungry?

 Oh I'm baking a loaf as well.....the loaf is not done yet
