Nearly lunchtime and I have done SFA apart from a walk. My bum is numb sitting at the computer. 
I'll get lunch then sit on the livingroom chair instead, then I might lie on the bed later. God this retirement life is such hard work.

Just arrived back from four nights in Hunstanton.Weather couldn’t have been better.If anything it was too hot.One day there was a sea mist which took till midday to clear.

Not a breath of wind either. I can't decide if it would actually be better to
close the windows and keep the heat out.
I shut the curtains that the sun is shining through Seems to help.

Estate agent man loved Bruce. He does this thing with his dog where he goes and visits old folk and the like, he reckons Bruce would be suitable. I like the sound of that so he going to email me some info. It'd do me good I think.

After a cool start the temperature soon climbed and became el-scorchio, I got our shopping done this morning, I was in Tesco's by ten to eight, I've been catching up with chores this afternoon, including topping up the compost in my Spider plant, I just need to mop the lounge now.
