Braised beef with carrot and onions today. :hungry:

Fish finger butties with a glass of Pinot for me.

I've never had any problems getting my favourite wine before, so a bit lax on my part there.
But no substitute was added for the cheese, ham, milk or the coleslaw.
Cant help with the ham/milk but coleslaw is a breeze to make and much tastier than bought-
Sweetheart cabbage 1/2 shredded, 2-3 medium carrots grated, 1 onion or 4 spring onions chopped, 1 large chilli chopped, salt and pepper, handful of parsley chopped, mayonnaise/lemon juice to taste.
There are many variations but i like the above as its really tangy! ^_^

Today i shall be having falafels with coleslaw, pickled beetroot and some crunchy bread :okay:

In all our years of marriage I never tasted coleslaw to beat Sue's. The flavour and consistency ticked all my boxes.

Today I’ve had my place confirmed to participate in the sheep drive across Southwark Bridge in September 🐑😎

Such fun. There was ice cream and there were roast lamb wraps.
