Morning again.

Short wander done with a couple of miles jog in the middle. I am the heaviest and most unfit I have been in years and was getting embarrassed putting anything on Strava. I only had a few people I followed and was followed by, but I decided to delete them last night and changed my user name on Strava slightly too, so now I will just use it purely for myself. It feels strangely liberating not having to bother about how much or little I do or at what speed. I only ran for a couple of miles this morning at a very slow 13 minutes a mile, but at least nobody can see it now.

Good morning all.
Nothing from Ernie this month.
Sainsbury's are delivering this morning, but there is no milk, ham, coleslaw or cheese.😡 plus they have substituted my favourite Malbec and Cote du Rhone for others.😡plus there is an offer on that if you buy six bottles, there is an extra 25% off, and they have only substituted 5 bottles. They can have them back.
Sorry, rant over.

One of the reasons I have never tried home delivery. I hear/read so many similar comments to yours.
There are days (today for instance) when it seems a good idea but I have not been sufficiently tempted.
EDIT
Is there a facility eg with wine to tell them "no substitutes".

Morning all :hello:

Yay! 50 quid on the PBs for me. Nothing for MrsD.
The extra 20K she put in last month obviously isn't registering in the draw yet.
Weather's better after yesterday's awful grey drizzle. Might cut our front hedge today and rearrange my garage to accommodate MrsD's new motorbike, which is being delivered on Friday.

Morning peeps.
Dark sky and steady rain here.
Dentist at 10.30 for a filling. Its a lower back tooth so lots of "implements of torture" to be shoved in my gob

£150 from Ernie for me. Along with the interest I get from a couple of savings bonds, it helps top up my meagre work pension a bit at least. Just a year in May until I get my state pension on top. It will feel like a nice bonus. Just think of all the pairs of shoes I will be able to buy then!

Plenty of shoes in charity shops.🤣
