A bit under the weather at the moment. My left shoulder and upper arm are constantly sore after my fracture just below the shoulder joint. I have a very good range of movement and see my physio on a weekly basis. Last week saw the arm receive a Covid booster on Tuesday, physio on Friday and a Shingles vaccine on Saturday. It makes sense to have them administer the jabs to the dodgy arm as it's sore anyway 🤔
I think the shingles jab has affected me more than the others, with a general feeling of being under the weather plus low grade headache and very sore injection site.

Shingles vax is a good idea. You really don't want to contract it. Some people I know have had very bad experiences with shingles.

Just thought I'd check back in and advise that a couple of very large glasses of Conker Gin with tonic water seem to have alleviated the symptoms 😄

Morning. We have minus 2. :cold: Glad I stuck a storage heater on yesterday.

Good morning all,
all the cats and the dog have been fed. I have my first mug of tea and the today program is on the radio.
The central heating kicked in at 0630, it is 0⁰ outside. More rain is forecast this afternoon so I have plenty of time for the jobs and errands that need doing.
The first of the bin lorries have been down our road, it's normally the recycling lorry that is the first to arrive.
Enjoy your day everyone.
