I only met two people on my walk. One walker and one girl running with her spaniel. It gets busy later though so I always love my early mornings before the riffraff appear

Of course, our company used to install crusher plant in stone quarries so this cable is comparatively small 👍

My BT broadband contract is up next month and I have been thinking about switching this time. Last time I logged in they quoted a £5 discount if I renewed. It's now saying £14 discount. I might hold off until the contract is nearly up and see if it goes up any more. I don't really want to switch if they were more comparable with what I can get elsewhere.

I renewed mine recently and there was very little in it between BTs best price and the others, so I stuck for the sake of ease. Good news is the new house is full fibre, although not being a gamer or owt it makes zero difference to my perspective and the Internet works exactly as before.

None fibre was good enough for SD TV. Bottom tier fibre is good enough for 4K, and fine for smaller households. FTTP is getting more common now too which I am sure is great if you have 6 kids plus your parents all using it.

I've just bought myself a new jacket from Proviz in the sale (gone for the green). Retails at £100, down to £40 and a code for 15%off. Mr WD is playing up at the pond. God knows what he is doing. I have pottered. Its going quite chilly here. I think it's time to break out the thermal bloomers.
