I do like scrambled egg on toast. I don't know why I don't have it very often.

Same here. In a non stick pan, bit of butter......so easy.
 
Bloody cold here, it has not risen above -0.1c all day and it has gone very foggy here.
Went out to the garage and it was so cold and came back in and canceled my walk I see no point freezing my nuts off.

I like scrambled egg on toast too, I do mine in the microwave, but you have to be quick or it turns out like rubber on toast :sad:

As for stuffing it's the way you make it, I cut up sausages quite small in mine of sometime small pieces of meat like ham or chicken.

After so many years of whisking in a bowl and then pan or microwave method I now jut head a generous chunk of butter into a frying pan, bring it up to temperature and crack three eggs into the pan and whisk with a wooden fork.

Similar except I used a small pan and TWO eggs ^_^
