I'm having a problem with BT. In October I called them to get a Broadband only deal. I got one and proceeded.
BT mucked up the deal, and my home phone is still connected. Tree time now I have called, and three times the call centre person has called me back, but today the old amount £70.32 has yet again gone out of my account and the new broadband deal still hasn't been set up.
The call centre person is going to call me back on thurs, again, to update me on the problem.
The initial problem being their system crashed as the operator was setting up the new account, but nobody told me, or him that the broadband deal had failed, so the system kept charging me for the old unwanted deal.
