Morning. Quite cool but dry so far. The weather forecast is finally looking better and we might have a decent spell of mostly dry weather

Cuppa and a browse then I’ll get out for a walk.

My Sky hub is due to be delivered today ready for my swap over from BT on Tuesday. If Sky’s prices shoot up at the end of my contract I’ll just swap again. I have had enough of rip off utility companies.

Yay! Fish Friday!
Looks like the weather will be OK today.
Best mates from Minehead are stopping over tomorrow night and lunching with us at the Masons Arms on Sunday.
Our other mates in Winscombe had a bit of misfortune yesterday; they were getting into their car at the supermarket when she slipped and went down, breaking her right wrist in the process.
She's got a displaced radius fracture.

Good morning from a dry Dorset. By dry, I mean that it's not raining. The fields are flooded and I expect the sales office for the new housing development near the banks of the Stour will be quiet until the waters recede and the sun shines.
Might go for a run this morning, I need to get some fitness back as I feel a lot more aches and pains if I'm inactive.

Good morning all.
Really heavy rain all night, my back garden is under water at the moment, and we live on a hill. It will soon drain though now it has stopped raining.
We have some friends coming over for lunch, so I'm cooking a vegetable lasagne, and a meat lasagne, with jacket potatoes and a fresh mixed salad to go with it.
Spurs v Burnley on the telly tonight, 3rd round of the FA cup.

Soooo dark this morning.
I got up for a pee and I assumed it must be 0500 as it was pitch black. Surprised to find it it was 0700!!!
On a positive note I really enjoyed my pee .......that's always a bonus isn't it.
Cleaner coming at 10.00.
I have bedding to hange and wash etc.
It's cold but I really hope I can get a stroll in around 1230.

Mr WD just fell over in the field while carrying a load of wood. He didn't hurt himself but now I have a load of washing on because he was covered in mud, so we're his clothes from the other day as well.
