It's a bit grey and damp outside and will be for the rest of the day.
My mate has just had a penalty notice from a London borough for driving the wrong way down a one way street, when the photograph clearly shows the car facing the right way. What he did was to stop and parallel Park so technically he did go the wrong way, but for only two car lengths as he reversed into a space. Presumably the camera has a motion sensor of some kind to detect vehicles going the wrong way.
He is not happy and definitely going to appeal it.
