Good morning all.
It's a bit grey and damp outside and will be for the rest of the day.
My mate has just had a penalty notice from a London borough for driving the wrong way down a one way street, when the photograph clearly shows the car facing the right way. What he did was to stop and parallel Park so technically he did go the wrong way, but for only two car lengths as he reversed into a space. Presumably the camera has a motion sensor of some kind to detect vehicles going the wrong way.
He is not happy and definitely going to appeal it.

Fixed my greenhouse roof window.
Pottering around the garden and noticed the first of our Snowdrops and Crocuses.

Daffodils have been out for some time now.

Definite feeling of Spring in the air......well at least this pair of Froggies think so!

I hope his appeal is successful, it sounds like it should be.
I appealed an equally stupid one in Westminster, sent a photo etc it was overturned.

Late on parade today.
Was up early but have the builders here building a new path......they are doing a good job imo.
Decided to go to Aldi. Stocked up now so should be good for a week.
A day of sport on TV for me.
Off to make mugs of tea for the builders.

It must be boring for frogs.
I had a pond for years and to my knowledge they only use one position.
At least I........nah, I won't go there

Wandered down to the local ASDA to get salt for the dishwasher. As I approached I thought that perhaps they opened at 11:00am on Sunday as I could see a large group of people near the entrance. As I got closer I spotted the binoculars and cameras with long lenses. Turns out there's a group of Waxwings in the Carpark. The store is close to Canford Heath nature reserve so I guess it's handy for the Waxwings to come and gawp at the humans 😁

I Cooked a nice half leg of lamb with roasted potatoes, parsnips, mashed Swede, carrots and spring greens .
It smelt great as it was cooking, and tasted even better.
