Good morning folks,
Forecast says windy but it's relatively calm at the moment. Good for the wind turbines, and all of our electricity was free last night so Mrs Tkk put the dishwasher to work and set the empty washing machine on an extra hot cycle with a few scoops of Citric acid in the dispenser.

Good morning all.
Quite mild here with no rain forecast (sorry Mo).
Today will be a 'nothing' sort of day which feel strange after a busy weekend..
Now here is a statement........I have duck breasts.
2 of them, in the freezer and they need eating. I bought some of those tortilla wrap things (never tried them before) so will try them with housing sauce and pretend I'm at a Chinese restaurant.

Sorry....why citric acid ?

It cleans and descales ( we live in a very hard water area ). We buy a 1kg tub and keep it under the sink, it's very versatile and being a food grade product comparatively safe.

Wet and windy walk done. Not sure I'll be back out today. At least I can have some fun on Zwift at some point. The legs have been feeling tired and heavy lately, no doubt due to carrying over a stone too much weight, so I might just have a nice gentle zone 2 spin or jog and not take too much out of myself.

I’m up too, although starting to wonder why as we have yet another wet and windy day. Sick of it now.

There was a flood alert issued, for today, for the Highlands.
Described as a deluge and a torrent of rain. Can you imagine Ben Nevis under water?

Our collection day is Thursday.
Black one week....Blue and green the next week.
They uses to come early and then, for some reason switched to pm.
Last week it was 0900.
No pattern to it that I can see.

It's a Tuesday round here. They may turn up on Thursday, if they don't then everything to be left out until Sunday. If not collected by Sunday, they'll not be round. Bring everything back in and then put them back out on Tuesday morning.

Everything to be kerbside by 0700, but nothing to be on the footpaths

20 miles done with Taylor, the robopacer I didn't bother switching the fan on as I didn't think I would get too hot at an easy pace....big mistake, sweating as usual.
