Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
I started a fire. I can always let it die down when it warms up.

Good morning all.
After yesterday's deluge of hailstones and heavy rain, I have awoken to a frozen patio and thick ice on the gate. We have a clear blue sky but it is cold.
All the normal duties to perform and then I will watch the cycling from Belgium this afternoon.

Morning all :hello:

Mates from Minehead coming around to pick us up at 0830.
Arriving at Winscombe around 0930, then us three guys are going to the Bristol Classic Motorcycle show at Shepton Mallet whilst the girlie's are off to Weston s Mare for the day.
I'm under strict instructions not to spend more than 2K at the show.........is that a limit or a target?

I think I would assume it was a deposit 😊

Have been up for a while
unlike some I am not up to posting until after breakfast and stuff!

Anyway - it's Saturday so it must be Climbing day for the Grand-daughter
she has decided not to give anything up for Lent as that it too difficult - she gave up chocolate last year and stuck to it - which was impressive for a 10 year old!
instead she has committed to trying more stuff in climbing - trying climbs she has never made - doing things she has always wimped out of

which is great - she has always been a real wimp - first sign of slight pain or discomfort and anything and she gives up
but at climbing she is just going for it

so pleased she has found something she is interested enough in to really try at and risk pain!

she has even mentioned outdoor rocks and stuff in the summer!

My car is cleaned every year when it goes in for it's Service and MOT whether it needs it or not.

Rigth - just hoovered the lounge and dining room - and cleaned the black glass table

and i have a question

Now - clearly a black glass table shows the crumbs
and clearly giving a 3 year old a sausage roll will create crumbs
but
Firstly - how does the little bugger darling manage to get them to the far end of a table that can easily sit 6 adults - 8 at a squeeze

and Secondly
The table has a 2 foot extension section that lives under the main table - you pull the top halves apart and the middle bit magically rises up into the gap
The halves have not been pulled apart for months

so how in the name of all the Gods did the little bugger manage to get the whole extension section covered in crumbs??
