Barnet,
Morning all.
It's so mild, the central heating hasn't kicked in this morning.
Washing machine is doing it's stuff at the moment and then I'll be out with the dog.
We are back to the Royal veterinary college at lunchtime, the food trial that Millie has been on for six weeks come to an end today. We'll discuss what treatment comes next.

Morning all :hello:

Guests visiting this weekend - both brothers in law - so our guest accommodation needs tidying up a bit today.
Off to Minehead for some shopping later.

Miserable outside so hopped on the treadmill and picked one of the slow pacer robots to trot along slowly with.

I have unlocked a pink shirt.

Do Ronhill make looser fit bottoms?

Mine have always been quite figure hugging.

I often wonder if I should have had back surgery. I'm sure it is affecting my leg strength due to all the numbness and weakness left by a combination of lumbar disc herniations and sciatica. However, I spoke to a retired doctor who is also a keen runner and cyclist and said back surgery is best avoided unless absolutely essential.

I have a couple of pairs of Tracksters by RH, similar to those but without the foot loops.

Not tights but definitely of the closer fit variety.

They flatter my amazing legs.

I wear them mainly around the house or for dry days (they are hopeless in rain) low-level walks.
After my backs fully recovered i shall sally forth in my new sporty togs...hopefully the neighbours wont throw up and small children throw rocks at me
