Started young, and still going.

Barnet,
The dentist check up was all good, nothing to report.
We've been in the garden as it's a nice sunny day, it really is quite warm, MrsP doesn't agree though.
I've sowed Dahlia seed, Zinnias, Cosmos and Sunflowers. My tomatoes are starting to grow nicely. Soon be time to put the French and runner bean seed in.

A cold and damp afternoon but brightened by the sight of my first swallow of the year, just a solitary one as I walked back along the canal.

Saw Swallows last week.
Heard our first Cuckoo today up on the moor.
Went up to the Stannon stone circle before lunch. Clear blue skies, warm and no wind. Wonderfully tranquil up there - no sound other than Larks singing. Had to sit and take it in for a few minutes; that sort of silence is a rare commodity these days.

It's probably why they're up so early.

It is.

We are fairly nocturnal but I am am surprised how early some people go to bed.

Fair enough if some ravishment is planned.

But crikey, some of the times posted are kiddy times.

One of our friends goes to bed at 9pm every night and one at c7.30pm !

Each to their own though.

The most refreshing sleep for your body is supposed to be between 10pm and midnight. I’ve been going around 10.30 lately.
