Still frozen outside. Heating is on full....sod the expense.
@Dirk lunch today will be steak butty with fried onion, hence the need for minute steaks.

Been awake since 0400 so will go back for a couple of of hours soon.

Bank of Dave. Netflix. A wonderful, typically British film. Yes, it could have sent some powerful messages but doesn't. I had expected something much grittier. Is that a problem? I don't think so we don't have to have political statements shoved at us all the time. It's great entertainment.

Morning. A chilly 5 mile walk done. It's more a damp, raw cold today with a few little sleety showers. Enjoyed it though.

I have made a boob with the elevation map. Change from a willy I suppose.

I often have trouble understanding the carers due to their accents, a lot of them seem to be Polish, there's one African lady who's lovely but I can't understand a word she says due to her thick accent.

I have that problem with some Tv programs Not a problem I just put subtitles on .

I lived in Loughborough and worked in Shepshed which is eight miles from Loughborough,dialect changed in that short distance.North West Leicester always had quite a thick accent

Buses were buzies Pay day was peed day.My favourite was Dunna say Shaner it inna polite.

Another day blazing king the sunshine. Due to be22⁰c today. We will wander down to the coast later, I feel like a dip in the Atlantic ocean is needed. It might be a bit cooler than the pool though.

I had a similar issue when moving from Birmingham to Dorset over forty years ago 😉
