If I may borrow a phrase..... ."thats a bit of a bugger".
Just been to tax my car only to be told the MOT has run out 🙁

My son in law had some work done on his car the other week only to he told his MOT had run out In October. I think quite a lot of people are bring caught out

My garage is quite good. They seem to keep a record and drop you a letter when it’s nearly due.

I have the MOT done on mine when its serviced and I usually get a reminder from the garage.

Mr WD is going to be in the deep doo doo. He has forgotten that it's our wedding anniversary today. I'm going to wait and see how long if at all it is before he remembers.

They normally do that with ne as well but since covid they haven't sent any letters.

Mine is going in for its service and MOT on Tuesday.

Have you any idea what I have just gone through.
Our cleaner (who I do like) turned up on schedule.
OK.....we haven't seen her since she had her baby BUT......why did MrsD insist on looking at all the photos and videos while making all these gushy noises.
I have escaped to watch the golf 😆

I found three Bass fillets in the freezer, God knows how long they have been there so thawed them out and they smelt OK so I steamed them and tasted OK too so I have just made two fish pies

MOT and VED can both be set as reminders with the DVLA who will send you an email to remind you they are due.

I seem to recall texts can be used as well. Works well for me.
