I managed to fall out out of my boat while it was tied up to the pontoon before the start of the race 😂.

I have this mental image of Mrs Exlaser sitting at home with an effigy and calmly dropping it into a bowl of water while muttering " go off sailing without me would you..." 😄

You are not far wrong ( Mrs exlaser is a very competitive person and can hold a grudge for ever 😂) .

Morning all

Off to the docs at 10am to have my bloods done.
Had them done not long ago, but they said it was best to be up to date seeing as I will be moving soon and will be signing on at a new clinic.
Got to book the car in for a brake service at the garage, on my way down to the docs.

Hello. Wild and woolly here, not unlike Lancashire sheep..............................I don't really know where that thought came from. I haven't made it in here the last couple of days. Not sure why but hey ho life goes on. Not much excitment today. We have a plumber due "first thing," we will see about that one, and I have to wrestle with the new child seat for the car. I had a go yesterday for an hour and failed, so I'm going to try and approach this calmly a little later. Going to start preparing dinner shortly as I've not much else to do and it's a task out of the way. A friend is coming round for some IT help this evening. That's going to be tricky as his skills are limited.

Off to the dentist shortly. He's going to finish off the root canal treatment I had a few weeks back.
I woke up at 4 am, the heating had come on, got back to sleep by 5, and now I am having trouble waking up.
All the usual stuff to do today.

I didn't know dentists did anything to people's feet.
