Another shitty night of coughing and barely any sleep. Even my Garmin agrees!

I’ve enjoyed watching the athletics.

This bloody cough is doing my head in. One of these really tickly, dry ones that makes your chest and stomach muscles ache with the constant coughing. Let’s hope another night in bed will shift it a bit.

I found that when I lay in bed the cough seemed to be worse .I spent three nights sitting up in an easy chair.

Like you the constant coughing made my stomach muscles ache and my ribs ,at one point it felt like a broken rib

I never have much success with cough mixtures ,Tried two different brands didn’t really help..

It seems to be one of those ailments that as my old mum used to say it will have it’s time out

I c an sympathies with you.Hope you feel better soon.

Last Friday morning, I went to see my son and as I turned up outside his house I noticed that his car wasn't on the drive so I parked up and waited, thinking he would be back shortly. After a few minutes, I decided to take Molly for a walk around the Marina lake in Rhyl, a couple of miles from his house and call again afterwards. Whilst I was walking Molly, he phoned me and said: " Sorry Dad, I forgot you were coming. I am in Munich as Toby ( his son ) wanted a McDonald so I thought I would buy him one in Munich and visit the stadium at the same time. See you on Monday "

Snap! I was only able to lie on one side with my knees drawn up to protect my ribs last night as there was a stabbing pain when I coughed. I think it’s the intercostal muscles and should calm down. I hate being ill and cooped up indoors. I’ve just been out for a walk round the block and it felt hard work.

Well done.I’ve just done thirty minutes on the turbo.
First real what I laughingly call exercise for three weeks .
I suppose every little helps .
Take care

An enjoyable and profitable evening down the club tonight, we thought it was a wrong move when it started raining on the way to the bus stop but we didn't get too wet and it had stopped when we headed home, and just to make the night more interesting I won twenty quid on the bingo.
