Similar here. Sky is filthy. Heavy rain plus hail. I am happy to be stuck indoors.
Been a glorious sunny day here.
Managed to pick up my new mower this morning and give it a whirl on the front lawn.
It seems to do the job OK.

I did think about it but I reckoned that I'd get more exercise walking behind a self propelled mower.

Myself and mrsp had are flu jabs and all Covid jabs. Mrs p was vulnerable due to her recovering from her removal of a cancerous tumour I had mine not only to protect my wife as well as my self.
Just heard that mrsp niece has just contracted Covid for the third time .

We have the grandkids overnight and most of tomorrow - something about teacher's strike so I suppose I have to take some of the blame
ANyway - 2 year old is just getting to the stage where he might have an afternoon nap and may not
today was a not
except that he nodded off to 10 minutes on the way to our house (30 mins mostly motorway) which seems to have reset the little b****r and now he doesn;t seem to want to go to sleep
Until a few months ago I would sometime spend over an hour driving round the local motorways with him before he would go to sleep - hope tonight isn;t a return to that
