Lunch today was three of my mini curry pasties they were lovely.
They are a pain to make as you have to cut up all the chicken and veg up so small, but well worth it must make a batch up later.

Still a very strong wind here. Glad the bin lorry has been as some peoples’ bins were toppling over and stuff flying everywhere.

New box of tricks is now on the home wireless network, when I brought it there was the option to add wireless for a few bob more and I took that, I noticed that the home network had been detected when I installed the operating system, so today I tried it, all I had to do was to put in the password and we were off, and its working very well, it will give me the opportunity to get rid of the Ethernet cable that runs half way round the lounge, though I'll wait a week before I do it.

Out to lunch today, beans on toast for me, jacket spud for my good lady, our buses are on strike but they've kept some services running, our bus being one of them, running a reduced service, twice an hour, so we were able to get to Food Whitehall in Beake Avenue without me pushing my good lady half way round Holbrooks.

I've also been in the garden this afternoon, done the first two of the spring jobs, my ferns have had last summers old growth removed and my Salvia has been hacked back to about a third of its growth, stops it from taking over, weeding next and I've got the two Salvias out the front to hack back plus the Buddleias and the perennial sunflowers need pruning.

Almost finished one outside project for the year - removing old wrought iron ballustrade and replacing with a more modern timber and stainless steel cable affair.
Have quite enjoyed myself thus far.
