If that is lunch I am scared to know what the main meal is.
I had croissant with honey for brunch. Later I will have a bacon and egg barm.

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, yes we all know this, but I've started a few months back in just having two meals per day.
A cooked breakfast and lunch which now is my main meal, I fine that is better for me to keep my weight in trim, but it did leave me with a problem.
My diabetes, the tablets I take must be with food, what to do in the evening ?, well I found out 4 crackers and a thin slice of cheese is enough so thats what I have about two hours before I go to bed.

Similar to you as my appetite is shot. I have a light breakfast then a main (late) lunch.

Well that's the tidying done and I have made a list, the first step in doing all the things which need doing. Really. It's how I cope. If it ain't on the list it don't get done.

Ride arranged for tomorrow. A few hibinators seem to be reappearing. One of my regular buddies, like me an all seasons man, says he's bring along a new guy.........

Father Richard............

Now it's long been a standing joke the pedalling pensioners need a carer. Indeed three medically qualified young women have been granted the status over the years........but a Father, with a capital F, this is a concern......

Now for my walk.

Hello boys , Im Father Richard ,

Good day. Seven hours unbroken sleep! Yes, it is a good day. A definite nip in the air but no frost. Skiers are clear but at 6⁰ it feels nippy. I know have to decide between a winter jacket of a spring jersey and gilet. These are decisions I don't like.

Felling really quite chipper this morning. I got a lot done on the allotment yesterday which has rekindled my motivation. Being away for a month last October/November meant many jobs didn't get done on time and I've found that quite depressing. Garlic didn't get planted so I'm binning that crop for '23. I also had a bit of brain wave, rather than try for late spring crops and on through the summer I'm targeting getting crops ready for early summer but leaving space to do a better job of growing for the autumn and winter. Watch this space for updates.......or put e on ignore!

It's my turn on the rota to clean at the village sports and social club. Not something I enjoy, kitchen, loos etc. but it's about making a contribution and very few are prepared to do so.

Time to get ready to ride. Catch you all later :hello:
