Don't ask, just don't ask.

I have an Aviation gin and Elderflower tonic with a dash of lime. All is good.........well nearly all..........

It's a glorious spring evening here. Sunshine and 16⁰.
Okay I won't.

Ask what by the way?

We had a very expensive evening last night. Let me explain: we have a faulty lock on the side door which means it can only be opened with a key and not by just turning the handle. I went to put something in the bin outside and the door shut behind me so I couldn't get back in and my wife was on her way back from Blackpool then. Molly was in but she doesn't know how to open the door so we just looked at each other from the lounge window. The key was also on the other side of the door so when my wife arrived home, 45 minutes later, her key couldn't open the door either. In desperation, we had to call an emergency locksmith who got us in. Very nice chap he was and it cost me 155 pounds. :cursing:

OW! That does seem expensive.

Barnet,
Good morning all.
It's a bright start to the day here in.
Today I'm going to watch Spurs lose to Brighton at White Hart Lane, sorry, the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
I'm going with my son who is a season ticket holder, I'm not confident of a Spurs win.

Morning all :hello:

Off to the tip first thing.
That should be the last lot of cardboard boxes from the move.
My garage and workshop are now clear, ready for all of my stuff from the container in Barnstaple. I'm nipping over there, with my mate from Minehead, on Tuesday and hiring a long wheelbase van.
I'll drop the van back on Wednesday and then pick up my caravan from Braunton to bring home.
